At Bathroom Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation project. If a fixture or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
